How long is the ordering process?
  • Normal delivery times are about 6-8 weeks.
What file formats do you accept?
  • jpeg, gif, tiff and eps file formats are preferred.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept check. Normal terms are 50% deposit upon order, balance COD.
Can I have pre-production sample before ordering?
  • Yes! Pre-production sample cost only the cost of the setup fee plus $5 plus shipping and handling.
Can I rush my order?
  • In advent that you need your product in less than 6 weeks, Bella Pin and Patch Co. can have your order rushed usually costing 25% more.
What is your return policy?
  • All orders are final once the customer has approved the art work, quote and has submitted payment. If an error has been made during the manufacturing process, Bella Pin and Patch Co. will have your order re-made free of charge. Such errors are misspellings, wrong colors etc.  Please note, our production facility requires a 5% error margin.
